Pirates of the Local Pond: Curse of the Black Acorn

Miscreants have invaded the Local Pond, taking what they want and giving nothing back! Help Captain Squirrelly D and First Mate Squirrelly Deedee rid the waters of these ne’er-do-well cads.

Pirates of the Local Pond: Curse of the Black Acorn is a twin-stick shooter for the NES.  Use the D-pad of Controller 1 to move the ship and the D-pad of Controller 2 to fire the cannon in any direction.  Only have one controller?  No problem!  Press the A button to fire straight ahead or the B button to fire in the direction of movement.
