Miscreants have invaded the Local Pond, taking what they want and giving nothing back!  Help Captain Squirrelly D and First Mate Squirrelly Deedee rid the waters of these ne'er-do-well cads.


* GAMEPLAY

Use the D-Pad of Controller 1 to move the ship around the water.  Stay clear of any land is it can sink your ship!

Use the D-pad of Controller 2 to fire your cannons in any direction.  If playing on a PC using emulation and a modern controller the right thumbpad can often be mapped to Controller 2.  Or just grab a friend!

If only 1 controller is available the A and B buttons can also be used to fire your cannons.  Pressing A will fire straight ahead.  Pressing B will fire in the direction the ship is moving - so if you are moving up towards the top of the screen and press B, the cannon shot will travel up.


* CHECK POINTS

Pass between two flags to save your progress.  When next your ship sinks you will return to the last checkpoint.  At least until you run out of ships.


* POINTS

Destroy enemies and capture treasure to increase your score!

- Land mounted cannons: 100 points
- Enemy pirate ships: 300 points
- Captured enemy crates: 100 points
- Captured enemy treasure chests: 500 points
- Little flashing boat: extra life!
