A Riff in Time: A Byte-Off II Story

Let’s face it, 2020 was a very troubling year. So as to not taint the NESmaker Byte-Off experience, Joe Granato and Austin McKinley built a time machine out of an old arcade cabinet in order celebrate these new games in a more sane environment. Unfortunately, nothing goes to plan when fiddling with the space-time continuum. There are always cyborgs and clones and paradoxes to worry about. With Joe trapped in the past, can Austin figure out a method of retrieval in time for the awards show?
