The Presidential Quest

This started as side project to figure out methods to convert real photographs into usable NES graphics. Our character in the game visits monuments and memorials to see how the graphics compare to real life. Given the limitations, how would you rate each one?

I have to admit that, as a European, I wasn’t familiar with all of these places. Learned something new again. Maybe you could share a bit more about the techniques you used to translate photos .
