Hello, world! Er…worlds!

Joe
Is there such a thing as a rebirth cry? If not, there should be.
Big things are afoot, my friends, as evidenced by this new and improved Retroverse! While it may take some time to work out all of the kinks, this relaunch is excited for many reasons. Just a few to note:
- For one, it just looks so much cleaner.
- We’ve added a watch page. Here, there will be unique entertainment content, both free and for digital purchase. This will include things like the Byte-Off Awards (and frame story shows), but also the documentary for The New 8-bit Heroes and subsequent video projects
- There’s an improved learn page, which will have both free resources, tutorials, and guides as well as much larger courses for digital purchase.
- The service is now set up to take orders for those participating in The Retroverse publishing, where we can serve as your fulfillment partner. We’re going to pilot this with a few games (starting with Troll Burner) to make sure that all of the issues are worked out. And then, it’s on to building the first official collection!
- The infrastructure is built to work hand in hand with RetroGameForge, the next evolution of NESmaker and our development environment for creating games for legacy consoles.
Also, Byte-Off VI and the first public hands on workshop of RetroGameForge are just around the corner! Stay tuned.
Now, it is very likely that there will be a few growing pains as we adjust to this new version of the website, so please be patient. Don’t hesitate to let us know about any overt issues that you discover!
